Discussing and understanding your exact needs we negotiate and organise the best possible deals and service levels with all suppliers including utilities, telecoms, travel, refreshments and cleaning to name a few. This enables you to focus on your core business and maximise its profitability and potential.
Our reception is open from 9am to 5pm each weekday for welcoming your visitors, mail and parcels. Additionally, we offer administration services including: printing, photocopying, faxing, mail shots, laminating and letter typing.
Meeting facilities are available Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm with hourly, half and full day rental options. Including: boardroom style tables for seating up to 12 people, air conditioning, colour TV/monitor for presenting, white board/flip chart.
Refreshments including hot and cold drinks, biscuits and buffet style lunch are available by pre order. Additionally, on site catering can be supplied for breakfast and lunch.
