We purchased and developed a tenant in this main dealer property incorporating workshops showroom and parts department with large main road frontage. Then sold onto investors within one year period.
We developed this site from almost empty occupation to full multi occupancy tenancy in warehousing, workshops, offices and vehicles storage. The property when fully tenanted was sold to investors.
